Brittany Thorpe

Associate Attorney | Family Law Focused | Advocate for Children & Families
Brittany Thorpe is a family law attorney who brings warmth, resilience, and clear legal insight to every case she handles. A Cheyenne native, Brittany has built her practice around helping Wyoming families navigate life’s most personal legal matters—from divorce and custody to support, adoption, and protection orders.

After graduating from East High School in 2010, Brittany Thorpe married her husband Jacob, a U.S. Navy servicemember, and continued her education while stationed in Mississippi. The couple later returned to Wyoming, settling in Burns where they now raise their daughter. Brittany earned her law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2020, gaining valuable experience through externships with the Wyoming Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and the Family and Child Legal Advocacy Clinic.

She began her career at Domonkos Law Office and later co-founded Domonkos & Thorpe, LLC, focusing her practice on family law. Brittany has since represented clients across Wyoming in matters involving divorce, child custody, visitation, support, guardianship, and domestic violence with care and dedication.

At Olsen Crecelius Legal Group, Brittany is known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and dedication to protecting her clients’ rights and their futures. She understands the emotional weight behind each case and works hard to provide a steady hand through what can often be a storm.

When she’s not advocating for families in court or across the negotiation table, Brittany enjoys reading, board games, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
