Francis’s legal career began with a strong commitment to public service—clerking for a Wyoming judge and leading legal services at the University of Wyoming Legal Clinic. After attending the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, he went on to represent clients in courtrooms across the state, including the Wyoming Supreme Court. His work spans criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, and personal injury, with a track record that includes securing reversals of criminal convictions and delivering results in complex cases.
